Handheld vacuums are amazing at filling that niche where the mess is too big for a broom but too small for your full sized upright. Dyson hand vacs are also HEPA-rated and will keep your air clean. They also have these handy pre-filters that help protect the HEPA filter from potential damage by larger bits of debris. Do your part in helping your vacuum help itself by rinsing this washable and reusable filter every two to four weeks. Swap it out completely with the regular filter every four to six months, and your hand vac will continue to suck (but in a good way).
