This Dirt Devil F27 HEPA filter includes the foam, and fits Dirt Devil Vision and Bagless vacuums. The F27 filter also has high quality allergen filtration that traps and holds even the finest dust and allergens, so that they stay in your vacuum, not in your air. This F27 filter does not compare to the F27 ASSY with middle indent, or part # 301973011, as this is a different product.
